David Halimi is the founder and Executive Producer of Diamond Productions. David resides in Chico, with his wife Fran. He is very grateful for his three wonderful boys, Aaron, Ethan, and Justin.
Teaching – Faculty at CSU Chico. David has a passion for teaching and thought Econometrics at UC Davis, while pursuing his PhD. He currently teaches Entrepreneurship, Management, and Business Analytics in College of Business at Chico State University.
Halimi Properties – Developer and Manager. David’s investment career started with real estate at a very young age. He enjoys unique commercial projects and restoration of classic buildings. He continues to develop various projects and manages Halimi Properties.
Diamond W Western Wear – Owner and Operator. Locally owned since 1978, David is active in operating the store. Diamond W has grown over the years to become Northern California’s largest full service Western Wear store by exemplary customer service. We offer apparel and footwear for the entire family. The store also houses Pat’s Shoe and Boot Repair, offering a full-service repair and customization.
Diamond Productions – Founder and Executive Producer. David started Diamond Productions in 1978 as a way of cross promoting Diamond W by producing Country Western concerts and Bullridings. Diamond Productions continues to produce a Country Concerts and the National Bullriding Championship Tour, as well as producing events for some selected clients.
Western Miracles Foundation – Founder and President. David is a strong believer in giving back. His events have always included supporting non-profit organizations. In addition, David founded his own non-profit organization, WFM, which he serves as the president.
Board Positions – David manages to find time to serve on several non-profit boards, including the Downtown Chico Business Association.
